supply and install of suspended metal batten ceiling grid and curved ceiling frame, curved fibrous plaster casts, plasterboard to sloping section of ceiling framing, seismic bracing, void bulkheads, fire-rated ceilings, formed recesses for service troughs, powercoated aluminium service troughs, 2-way ceiling grid with standard trim, usg mars slt ceiling tiles and stopping.
Café Court
Supply and install of lasercut aluminum panels and metal concepts customer designed metal perforated ceiling system.
Café Court Villa board Soffits
Supply and install of villa board soffit framing, lining, stopping and seismic.

The Terrace
Supply and install of curved USG Strongback and rondo furring channel below to support custom designed decortech feature panels, black aluminum service recess to follow ceiling height/curve, and install of decortech panels to new metal batten ceiling framing, including custom panels to perimeters and columns.
